Having a bad experience with you guys, it's going on 3 weeks to get back a credit check when the vehicle was returned 2 weeks ago. Don't think i'll be getting any more rentals from American Lease.

Worst app can get another device approve to work. Traveled out of the country changed phones and now tryinv to make a payment and i cant worst app ever.. Lost one complete day of work and company wont work with me for this day lost

Worst app, my car is locked, I can not even see the pass code to unlcok the car, I am stuck in a freezey weather outside. No customer care support. They don't have any customer support. It really a bad business policy of this American Lease. Try avoid this complany guys.
