What the point if it doesn't work when you need it. It's been a month and it still says server error. Text messages do not confirm whether they have been received or taken care of. I guess if it doesn't work, you can always say, "What crime? We have no complaints." Especially when it seems to be designed to not accept any, not help or watch anything. More like a placebo app.

On the one hand I'm glad this app exists for reporting safety issues. However, if metro really wanted more feedback they could allow reporting by normal SMS or in the regular metro app. Making it a separate app means that people don't know to have it installed before they ride.

I don't know why metro promotes this app like they do. I never see any actions or outcomes from anything reported. Once, I and others were being held as hostages by a passenger on the silver line at calstate. We sat there being brutalized until finally PD showed up from another rider who called 911. This app is worthless.
