At CommonSpirit Health – Mountain Region, we're building healthy communities across Colorado, Kansas and Utah by advancing health equity and innovating how and where healing can happen.

With the CommonSpirit - CO/KS/UT app, patients and family members can access our patient portal on an Android device. The app allows patients to:
- View test results, health summaries and when preventive care procedures are due
- Send and receive messages with a provider
- Schedule and confirm upcoming appointments
- View visit summaries for past appointments
- Request and pay for medication refills
- View billing statements and pay balances due
- Track relevant health information, such as weight, through your Health Connect account

Ratings and reviews

The new app disconnected me from my established PCP office. I cannot schedule an appointment now, nor can I ask a question to my care team, etc. It reroutes me to the wrong state now. A very odd change.

It was extremely easy to install the new Common Spirit app. Everything transfered over seamlessly from the old to the new application. Easy to uninstall the old app.

The app is very good, you can use it for all your health care needs. The doctor I see is very good and is very knowledgeable in the field of diabetes. I think this is the best Doctor I have had over 68 years. The staff is also very good and help the doctor in so many ways. common spirit lakewood hospital is also a very good hospital, with the pharmacy located right in front after you go through the main entrance.
