The CommonSpirit App is a simple, secure way to access recent health info. There are different CommonSpirit apps available depending on where you receive care. This version is for AR, GA, KY, TN, and parts of TX. For other regions, like CO, KS, or UT, look for “CommonSpirit – CO/KS/UT” in Google Play Store.

This is the most inaccurate and frustrating health app I have ever seen. what makes it worse is that it's an app that provides important health information on it. All I'm trying to do is find a PCP. The app sets up appointments but then I receive a call from the Dr saying the app is wrong and they are not accepting new patients. I call the number the app provides and reach someone in another state that says they can't provide help in finding a PCP either. So who exactly CAN help?

Not quite ready for prime time. Works well about 1/2 the time. Receive all too often the error message, "an error has occurred on the server, try later", "unable to communicate with the server, try again later", or "unable to upload your information, try again later." After multiple attempts, the app will finally connect to its server, and everything appears to work. However, this occurs with every login. It would be good to be able to copy text from the app, especially your typed message text.

This app fails to automatically add doctors that I see, to my Care Team, to allow direct messaging. So I must message my PCP and ask him or her to forward it to the new doctor, under whose care I now already am. That precisely doubles my expected wait time before getting a response, thereby degrading my quality of care. This is clearly a bug and not a feature. My workaround from now on will be to make sure before I leave the first appointment, if I remember. Aside from that, it's great.
