we appreciate this service ... but the DRIVER whoever it was.. left my 20 yr old wheelchair-bound son because they were late for a few minutes. it was 7:30 at NIGHT. I work in healthcare and some drivers make a call to the person and would wait knowing that's there only transportation. they are given the phone numbers. THANKS ALOT.
