Started well, went downhill over a month ago. More drivers kept getting lost, which doesn't help when I'm baking alive in the sun and want to go home, scooters can't be brought in the vans when there's no rules stating they can't be, and there's no Armeabi-v7a support, meaning I need two phones; to use the app on one, and pay for the ticket on another. Now, I'm patient and I try to be kind, but these new drivers could use more training. Also, not happy 8.0 support got dropped without warning. -J

Pleasant and wonderful, I would recommend it to all my family and friends. The wait time for pickup is not ever a long period. The drivers are very professional and polite. The cost to ride is very affordable, and being on a fixed income, the price is just right. Also to book the service is very simple..

Love 😍 this idea thank you so so much I'm a bus rider and have a lot of bad experience with Metro busses, but Metro Now is perfect 👌 and lovely, I'm just advising it to anyone I meet giving them the number and encouraging them to give it a try. I work with the elderly 🧓 and some can't get out so this is wonderful. good idea and good job. a big thank you for METRO NOW.
