1 year after, still not a proper answer from Support. Cannot "mark as read" a message in the "Messages" section. Later Edit: finally I got the issue solved. I will mark this as a 3 stars now - for the ultra late reply (initially 1)

Can't open new account. Trying for about 2 weeks now. After reaching out to support I ended up at the bank and having someone do this from their internal apps.
