for the past 3 months, my Telenor Internet bills has gone up from 398 to 548 Kronor without me knowing what exactly is the reason for the increase in billing.

I wasn't a fan of Telenor, tbh but it seems to be very good so far. good customer service, they very polite and care. at least my experience. and also very beneficial for me since I talk with people in Sweden and Norway. so it's a very good package. however sometimes the signal isn't as good in the north of Sweden but that's for most companies except 1. But I was about to leave this company twice and their offer was more beneficial for me than the other ones like Telia. but mb I was Biased.

all telenor apps that i have downloaded and tested are completely useless. login is impossible and that means its impossible to get an overview of your surf. "temorary errors" everywhere and weird problems that there are no solutions to on the internet. this is the absolute worst, i will change my provider soon and not reccomend telenor any further.
