Ratings and reviews

Using Redmi note 10 pro, latest update makes app to be unresponsive, touched anywhere on screen nothing happened, hence unable to log in. Secondly, setup pin for the card long before via app when app was still working and fail to do withdrawal on standard chartered atm stating wrong pin. Now waiting for Trust to release new update on the app so that I can access my account to setup pin as well. Update: After updating OS from Android 11 to 12, things gone back to normal.

I used to love TRUST but after what just happened. I just have to give 0 Star if possible. TRUST blocked my account due to internal policy. Don't even elaborate what policy been breeched. Customer Service Hotline is lacked of Skills. Only able to mentioned ' Sorry for the inconveniencr, theres nothing I could help further' ARE YOU SERIOUS NOW?! ZERO ZERO ZERO !!!!! SO ANGRY! Not going to use TRUST ANYMORE. Until you come back to me and rectify this issue!

Updated review: After a few UI changes and definitely better backend management, the app seems much more stable and improved speed in loading. The UI changes are also welcomed. Old review, gave 1star. Keeps asking to re login like a new customer(Singpass) everytime since the new update. Please sort out your bugs and backend before pushing out updates. Super frustrating and buggy experience.
