The STC Suffolk On Demand app needs a lot of optimization. Buses take longer than the app indicates, and sometimes it even seems to go crazy, telling us we're going to a different destination than we're actually going to, even though the map shows the correct location. In the mornings, it's very difficult to find a bus; there seem to be very few available. Also, when you accept the bus pick-up, after a while, the app no longer shows you where it's coming from or how long it's until it arrives. I

This is the worst transportation system ever. It's telling you to walk to a pickup spot that you don't even know. The drivers are not helpful they are mean, and the service is poor. If I could leave a 0 rating, I would.
