Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't show anywhere their rentals are limited to 100 miles a day. It's also nowhere in their rental terms (I read it in full and searched for the word 'mile') and nowhere on the booking confirmation. There's not even anywhere to purchase unlimited mileage that would hint at such a policy. Very sneaky as this is not a normal rental policy amongst the big firms. Won't be renting again as I hate hidden charges.

This car hire place is so reasonable, however, all the insurance rates have changed making hiring a car can be expensive... I have hired different cars from here, the staff are all so friendly and professional...in January, it was freezing up in Scotland, l was given a lift to get coffee which l thought was so lovely
