Absolutely shocking. I would avoid parking in ncp car parks if I were you. You need to have the app in advance of entering the carpark in order to get the advertised pricing. If not, you have to pay the full price (over double the app price). The system for using the app is unnecessarily complicated, no single sign on, no Google pay, no address completion, no guest checkout. Wasted 10 minutes getting it set up, then it wouldn't let me scan the code on exit, do had to pay full price.

Worst experience ever! Not having pre-booked despite having the app loaded and ready, (as we didn't know what car park or brand we would use) we were past the barrier and committed to exorbitant charges with no way whatsoever to use app member rates. It appears you can't scan a QR code when the car is three floors up. Total total rip-off merchants!

very bad experience. After having an account with them. registered all 3 vehicles. in one Monday I've just forgotten to pay the park.. as I've parked there for 5 days. After an week I started to get letter after letter......although the account was active. and the others 2 cars paid. they could send an warning through the app or something. a little bit over 500£ to pay in fines. outrageous.
