Use this Companion App to get the most out of your Supernatural experience:
• Set up your membership and build your profile.
• Explore a library of over 500 Supernatural Boxing and Supernatural Flow workouts, alongside meditations and stretch session.
• Preview workout playlists with Spotify integration, and queue up workouts into your list
• Set weekly goals, track your workout history and metrics
• Share workout posts with friends through Facebook, Instagram, text or email
• Pair your Meta Quest to work out in VR.
• Connect with your friends and our active community. Follow each other’s workouts and share your progress as you climb the leaderboard together
• Pair a heart-rate tracker (Bluetooth or Wear OS device) to get more data on your performance.
*Requires a Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 3s or Quest Pro VR headset. Additional profiles only available on the same Meta Quest.

Ratings and reviews

I love the app and am about to renew for another year. I find it to be a tremendous value and a fun way to get my daily cardio done. Would LOVE the ability to make "playlists" of workouts so that I can have my own custom programs. Update: changes in the phone app prevent me from signing in with Supernatural credentials and force to create a "new" meta account, & also force me to sync across all profiles. Will not renew, I do not like this it's invasive.

Update: Android issue and finally found a work around. Supernatural was the primary issue I had, but it wasn't their issue. I do love the app and what it has to offer in addition to the workout. The app was useful until it wasn't. In November it refused to update. I tried reinstalling and it refuses to install. This makes it impossible to sync my watch and get HR data. This was a spotty at best feature before. Now, completely unusable app.

The workout is great and I love the game. My rating is solely for the app. I turn on my connected device, turn on the app, and still is not recording heart rate even tho everything is working fine. They need something better than having to connect 2 devices anyway. Just connect to the device software and record automatically. I really wanted this feature & chose my watch around that, very disappointing that it doesn't work more than half the time.
