The atmosphere is lovely and peaceful and the music is very calming, but there's a lack of variety when it comes to the different objects. They mostly just have you use breathing techniques or singing/saying things aloud (which isn't great when you need this calming space in the middle of the night). Overall, it's full of techniques that aren't very effective for me personally, so it didn't fulfill my needs in an effective way. Props for the gorgeous art though. I'm glad it helped others so much

I use many different apps to help me do relaxation & mindfulness "work" and - WOW. This one is simple & helpful & more than I can say. I removed one star *only bc* I've been using it for a while & just TODAY saw I needed to signin to save faves, etc. Not a huge deal but enough to hope the dev team makes the sign-in and fave more obvious (I'd been using it for months until ....) But hey, that's a benefit for many others, as using this w/o a sign in is possible! :-)

have only been using the free trial so far but have found it much more intuitive and helpful than other mindfulness or calm apps I've used so far. it helps that it gives you options based on how you feel so you don't have to make decisions on what to do if you don't feel up to it and it has a wide variety of helpful practises. I really like it and will be considering getting premium if my budget allows. :)
