whenever an order has a mistake, they try to make it up to you by offering a promo code (rather than a refund). This would be fine if the app wasn't currently bugged, preventing access to those promo codes (I have been experiencing this bug for about a month now). I tried contacting customer service, and all they could tell me is that it's a glitch. No way to fix the issue. No offer to make up for the inaccessible codes. Just a waste of my time and money. š

App looks good and has nice options for my campus. The robots do their jobs well. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the app in its current state since it gets stuck on a loading screen after opening the app; refreshing the cache doesn't work, force stopping doesn't work, only resetting data and redoing the entire sign-in process makes it work at least once or twice. I'd be using the app much more often if this was fixed. Tl;dr: overall a good app and service, but plagued by infinite loading.

Overall, if you are ordering the same food at the same time of day, it works alright. If you ever try to order something new or try a different place 8 times out of 10 they will cancel the order or start preparing it just for the order to time out. Also, most of the resturants using it don't program it properly and it's very frustrating to use most of the time.
