Ratings and reviews

Like most users are commenting, I am unable to use the app after updating. Can't record journeys, request roadside assistance, etc. App automatically closes when I try to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times. I have cleared my cache and cookies, and it still doesn't work. I use the drive safe program to lower my insurance premiums, but how is that going to happen if the app doesn't record the journeys. Hopefully, there will be another update to fix these issues.

Keeps force closing by itself. I haven't been able to open it for over a week. I hope my car doesn't break down because this app is useless. UPDATE: This new update (7/1/24) seems to have fixed the crashing...so far. I'll change the rating if it doesn't crash for a week.

Haven't had a need to use the Roadside Assistance feature, but I am using the AAADriveScore tool, which seems to work well for its purpose. EDIT: AS of the recent update around mid June 2024 the App has problems. When precise location is enabled the App closes shortly after opening. This is a problem for AAA Drive and Roadside Assistance, both need precise location. Hope they release another update soon to resolve the issues. NOTE, the App had worked perfectly until this mid June update.
