I've been using the Bunq app for a few days now, and it has completely transformed how I handle my finances. The user interface is intuitive and visually appealing, making banking a breeze. Customer service is prompt and helpful whenever I have questions. Highly recommend Bunq for anyone looking to upgrade their banking experience!

Used to be great. They changed my card and I had to change some stuff in the app. Suddenly Im getting billed for their biggest XL plan which I absolutely did NOT sign up for. I don't need a single thing the XL plan offers. Never used it. Never will. Costumer "service" was unhelpful as well. Very very sneaky. I'm back to using competitors. Peace

New edit 07/24: support has got so slow. 10 days to get an answer. Trying to add cards to Google pay, it says I need to call my bank to verify my identity. Bunq don't have a phone number. Finally I hear back and they ask for the last 4 digits, which I gave them already. Great 👍 New edit: yet another update that removes a helpful functionality. You can no longer report an issue with a payment directly, so if you want to report it, you have to make screenshots and send them manually to support.
