The app works, drivers are reliable, customer service is excellent, BUT cabs are just too expensive. They used to have great loyalty program rewards, including a free ride after a certain number of points, but they gutted those rewards down to just €5 off for the same points, while prices have seemingly gone up. Not worth it, I'm switching to Bolt.

I booked a cab for someone who visited us from abroad for a pickup from the airport. All went well. By, it would be very helpful, if we can track the ride as it goes. To know when is close to, or arriving at the destination. I could only track it before the actual ride Edit: A lot of issues. Not possible to write here. Please mail me and I will explain.

It is a ride hailing app, and that aspect works fine. But for some reason they use the app notifications for marketing purposes with no option presented to opt out of that. This is not something that should be allowed. Please fix it.
