This app is pretty good. I've been using this app with a free Experian account for a long time. I've used this app and credit Karma at the same time, since they show data from different credit bureaus, to keep an eye on my credit score and other details while paying off all of my credit cards. Btw if you're trying to pay down credit cards, look up "debt snowball" online and try that method because you can do it on your own for free and it totally works!

If I could give this app 0 stars I absolutely would! What a scam! This is supposed to be one of the biggest credit reporters that we trust but I was unable to cancel my free subscription and I can't sign in to my account to view anything or try to cancel through the app, unless I pay the $24.99 fee. I have tried calling and get the run around with a stupid robot and I have tried sending an email and no response! Today they took their payment and I can't even report the payment for fraud.

This app gives notifications about credit report changes that are vague and not useful for understanding what changed and why. For example it will say that there was a decrease in the number of accounts always paid on time, and talks about the importance of paying on time, making you think there is an account reporting incorrectly. But after several minutes of researching it was simply an old account that dropped off the report. Notifications should be precise, correct, and detailed.
