Ratings and reviews

Payments don't come fast enough. you have to wait 24-48 hours for it. They don't pay you if you are enroute to a pickup and the order gets canceled before you arrive which is a big inconvenience. I hate that this app forces you to use the branch app to receive payments. the problem with the branch app is when you want to transfer money to a separate account, there is a $2.99 transfer fees.

Cash grab at the very end of the application process and a high probability of just losing the money. I got all the way to the end of the application which was fairly extensive and was prompted to pay $40 to enter an application. I looked into how they operate outside of that and from what I can tell there is a decent probability that you won't get any jobs even if accepted depending on where you live and even if you get denied you still lose your money. will not support this type of business.

It appears I live in a city so saturated with Frayt drivers that as soon as I get the push notifications I open the app and the gig is gone. There's not enough work for the large amount of drivers. Frayt needs to implement a better system such as a bidding system like the Roadie app or a proximity system for drivers who are the closest to the gig for a more efficient delivery system for customers. The only gigs left are in neighboring cities forcing us to drive long distances to the pickup point
