Straight forward pricing, easy to use layout, basic processing of information, no extra surprise fees, options to reserve and pay when checking in, or pay ahead of checking on. They will communicate and advocate for you to the hotel directly, in the event of a family emergency if you end up needing to cancel your reservation and you do not check-in. Your stay history is automatically saved as well.

I asked to change my booking date and was told there would be a small fee charged to my card. I asked 3 different times to make sure it was only the penalty charge, not a fee on top of an additional room charge, I was told yes, and told my total which I agreed to, (1 night +fee) never told there would be another charge. I was charged for a 2nd night and they refused to take it off even though I never agreed to that amount. deleting app. will not use again or recommend.

We're living in the age of "best not catch you slipping" from this day on I'm not agreeing to ANYTHING without reading conditions, policy and fine print. I opted to pay for the insurance so I can modify the reservation and even cancel it if some inevitable shenanigans occur while booking the hotel in an attempt to escape a relationship thats gone from toxic to domestic violence. I booked the wrong location via panic. can't cancel or transfer to this location, hotel booked isn't in this state!
