App pathetically sent my points redeem order to a local location even though I had never ordered from there. Showed up at my usual location, but not there and is owned by different person so could not assist. Store the order was randomly sent to cancelled but could not refund points. Seriously need a refund request option in this app. And to lock in a default or preferred location so the App doesn't think you might was to order from a store you had no idea existed.

The app works, but when paying with a gift card that doesn't have enough on it, the app acts like it's paid and sends an email with a link to pay the remaining. Why? Just don't submit anything until the payment methods add up to the total like every other app does. Also, when I paid with the gift card that didn't have enough and should have had $0 afterwards, for some reason $0.38 was left on the card and I had to pay the remaining $0.50 another way instead of it using the full card balance.

The app has not worked since the last several updates for me. Can't find locations, can't order online, can't see my rewards points, can't redeem points. I would eat there more, but the app makes it difficult. They are literally losing money from not fixing these issues that just seem to get worse every time you use it. This has been going on for years, and I have missed out on so many rewards points. The food is great, but the app is so frustrating that I go somewhere else.
