after WASTING about an hour and ½, I was finally ready to check out! After editing bugs on the photobook on every...single... page (not enough characters to relay all the problems) I chose to use my credit card @ checkout. Well, after I filled out my shipping address and clicked the check mark at the top right of the page, I was stuck in a dreaded loop, and did not move forward with the purchase...because I couldn't. only other option was an x out button top left, which undid my shipping addy.

10/10, easy to use, good products! I love using this app, it makes creating cards, gifts, and wall art so easy. I love having so many options! plus, 4x6 prints are free on the app, you just pay shipping, and magnets are always very cheap! I've ordered many mugs, travel and ceramic, as well as canvas prints, cards, bags, and more, and everything has been great!

I've really loved using the Shutterfly app for several years but lately I can't upload my photos back to my phone. My folders have also been changed and it's more difficult to find what I'm looking for. Now I tried to go into the app and it says it's been updated, but I can't even get into my app. This is very frustrating. I've made several photo albums and have loved using Shutterfly to make & create lovely albums. I hope this gets worked out soon.
