Ratings and reviews

The service is really good - each time I have an incorrect order (which is very infrequently) my money seems to be refunded without hassle. But the continuous in-app pop-ups are getting worse. One gripe I have is that the driver tip has to be selected before closing out the order - this is very clearly by design but it annoys me. I want to experience the driver's service and attitude and then decide how much I want to tip, not before the service has been rendered.

It's a great app and nice to see that something local can compete with international players like Uber Eats. One area of improvement would be tipping. The only chance to tip is before the food is delivered. It would be great to be able to adjust the tip based on how the delivery went. I had a positive experience when a restaurant forgot a part of my order as well. A replacement was sent in decent time 👌

Smells of desperation.... Decided to uninstall this app due to constant daily spam notifications and gave them a chance after finding that they do in fact have a setting to opt out of promo notifications! Sadly the joke was on me and that option just there for a popia clerk to see but has no real world effect. Only way to opt out of spam notifications in this app is to unistall it seems, which a will do now. (Edit after their reply: DID YOU EVEN READ THE ABOVE??)
