For the most part unwatchable not sure if my Internet or the app but it skips and jumps every 2 seconds gives me a headache after a couple of hours. It wasn't like this until recently. Hulu and peacock work just fine with my Internet so it has to be the app. Will not be subscribing again until this is fixed!!!!! It's worse that they understand that this happens and want me to fix it. It's probably got something to do with the live channels but I guess it's my job to fix it.

It is a PAIN to cancel a subscription. the bundle one ESPECIALLY!!! It really is a HUGE hassel do not recommend you have to go through hoops to find the right page to find the button to cancel plus you have to reenter the pass code they send via email multiple times. don't do the bundle it's not worth it. especially with how expensive it's getting upping the price every 3 months. and even though you pay for no ads they still shove a movie preview every 1-2 hours or after every movie you watch.

Every time my mom and I try to open the app on our phones and tablets, we are always stuck on the intro screen with a spinning circle. This has been going on for days now, a few weeks for me. There have been times when we were able to watch stuff, but then it would go back to not working. Last Wednesday, we spent 2.5 hours on a call with both Verizon and Disney+, and this issue still hasn't been solved. We can use other streaming services, like Hulu and Netflix, and it works outside the house.
