I've had many issues over the years I've been using the app, from frequent crashes to it being unable to add cards to the account. My most recent experience, however, got me the most frustrated. I was on my home and wanted to pick up dinner from the mcdonalds closest to my house, however, because I went past one of their other locations, the app switched the order location forcing me to have to travel back to pick it up. Their app is subpar what I would expect from such a large company.

For such a big company its terrible. Im also shocked to see it so highly rated. Constantly experiencing technical issues. If you have 4 phones in your house all will be a different version with different options and all say up to dates. Certain pages don't work properly, checkout almost always takes 3 plus attempts. I also work in IT support and their IT/Customer support (who I've heard are amazing to work for) are absolutely awful, and if I was to treat my customers like that I'd be sacked.

Glitchy, will sometimes loose track of orders. No easy way to see previous orders. Points are a good idea but when used, the restaurant regularly forgets the redeemed item or includes it but forgets a paid item. With no easy way to report mistakes, I could not recommend this app, even with the points system. This is based off my experience with at least 10 orders through the app over several months.
