ClockN was built to be the simplest time clock solution for companies that do not want to invest in the expensive card reader equipment, identification badges and installation charges. This system can be used by practically anyone from a contractor to a security company or even a food truck. There are apps available for the two major platforms and everything that can be done on the app can also be done on our website.

Time Sheets:
After employees work their regular work weeks, a manager can select the dates for their pay period and our system will either allow you to download a PDF file immediately or you can have a PDF or CSV file emailed to you.

•Captures GPS location on every clock in/out.
•Live Look | Shows where all of your employees are at on a map (only those that are working).
•Clock Out Reminders | Push notifications get sent if you leave 0.3 miles of the clock in location.
•Job Codes | Easily sort where your employees need to be at.
•Notes | Ability to add notes to every clock/in out.
•Take Break | Pause the employees time if the job requires it.
•Overtime | Time sheets can be calculated at different overtime rates.
•Group ClockN's | Manage a large group? Managers can clock in/out large groups of people very easily.
