The Young Carers Support App enables young carers and young adult carers in the UK to find useful information, self-care tips and links to support - all in one place.
The app was co-produced with the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership, young carers and various partner organisations supporting young carers.
The app bears the Patient Information Forum 'PIF Tick', the only UK quality mark for trustworthy health information.
Benefit from using the app:
WELLBEING: Learn, know and understand how to improve and maintain your physical and emotional wellbeing
SIGNPOSTING: Know where to go for further information and support if you need it
SELF-CARE: Know what you can do yourself to look after your physical and mental health
PRACTICAL TIPS: Develop skills to help you handle challenging situations and everyday problems
HEALTH AND SUPPORT SERVICES: Learn to make informed choices about getting help when you need it
