Free and Easy to use. Designed to be used with a Skip2bfit rope to record your results for your skip2bfit 2 minute challenge. Once registered all you do is start the stopwatch and after the bell goes you start skipping. The rope will record your score and at the end of the two minutes you enter your results and see where you are on the scoreboard. The app will keep a record of all your scores so you can monitor your progress, as well as see where you compare on the leaderboard.
Skipping is high intensity training and can be used as part of your High Intensity Interval Training ( HIIT). Simply skip for two minutes rest for one minute and then repeat twice. See your results improve over time as you become fitter.
The goal is to build up to five times of 2 minutes skipping with one minute rests ,to complete the Skip2bFit High Intensity Interval Training’ Lean in Fifteen’ challenge!

Warning- Skipping is a strenuous exercise and participants should seek medical advice as to whether they can skip for 2 minutes. Also cushioned trainers should be warn at all times and when necessary warm up exercises undertaken.
