Workout Log Simple is a quick, private workout tracker for people who want to record training without clutter, social feeds, crowded dashboards, or complicated gym jargon.

Create simple routines, log sets fast, and get back to training. Use the editable starter routines for upper body, full body, and legs, or build your own workouts and custom exercises. Save active workouts, resume them later, switch between multiple sessions, and finish each one when you are done.

Track weights and reps, bodyweight exercises, timed exercises, cardio time, distance, pace, and level. Review recent progress, edit past workouts, and keep your training history under your control.
