ještě do nedávná jsem byla velmi spokojená, ale teď chci objednat stejne ubytování které jsme využily na podzim a aplikace už měsíc hlasí chybu že není možné načíst platební možnosti. Dvakrát jsem žádala podporu o pomoc, přijde jen informační email že se ozvou do 48 hodin, samozřejmě pomoc žádná už přes týden. Aplikace je dobrá jen když vše funguje, ale při problémů se pomocí nedočkáte.

Začali uměle navyšovat cenu ubytování na víkendy a některé dny. Dokonce když je první den předražený, tak ikdyž další dny jsou levnější, tak Vám booking naúčtuje všechny dny předražené jako ten první předražený den. Vy si toho nevšimnete jen přepočítáním ceny na dny. Teď dokonce i nejdou vyhledat letenky. Výborně to děláte.

Poslední dobou přes booking moc nejezdím. V době, kdy lze lehce vyhledávání naprogramovat, se přes tuto aplikaci nedá nic najít. Filtry na nic. Vyhledávání o ničem. Pořádají vás o zpětnou vazbu ale žádné zlepšení.
