Every time I've tried to use it travelling it has stopped working. Last time was 7/13 and I sent prob 4 emails none of which have been answered as of yet and it's been 1 full business week. I wouldn't recommend loungekey to my worst enemy at this point. Update: it took them 3 weeks to get back to me for a password reset and the link they sent didn't work. I responded immediately and it's been another week at least and crickets. I don't understand how a travel related platform can be this bad..

You go through all stages to be told there's an error & they need your card number. I already put the number in on the page before, & there's no option on the page where it says error. I ended up having to sign up via my browser. This worked, but my super secure password by Google doesn't migrating to the app. I've now saved the page and scrapped the app. Waste of time! Someone really needs to have a word with their android engineer! 😠

Took me at least 7 attempts to create an account. First the payment verification was failing multiple times. Then, after making a second payment, an error message was telling me I had to enter card details on a page that required NO card details?!
