The app doesn't work properly. Regardless of uninstalling or opening the app in play store . It needs upgrading. It always has glitches. Operation in the system is very frustrating. It always states'something went wrong'. No refresh option, the landing page itself doesn't seem to sign in or out after ever use as whenever returning to the app-the same issues continue. It was really ideal to have the banking app as its very convenient. However looks like standing in queues seems better to get by.

It is a good app that fulfils the purpose. however, few enhancements can make it much better: 1. There should be a faster mechanism of completing the transaction if the amount is transferred to Exchange IBAN using a local bank. 2. The chat mechanism should be there for day to day issues. 3. Toll Free Numbers should be available for calling customer support...

Find another app for sending money. Half the time al ansari transactions fail to send but account of origin is deducted. You get your money back but it takes a few days, completely defeating the purpose of instant online transfer. Also, the OTP takes forever to arrive when opening the app. You are stuck in a loop of resend otp and wrong otp cycle.
