App regularly gives connection error messages when opening, when this happens, you cannot add any new tracking numbers or track existing deliveries. This appears to be because the Australia Post tracking page is down regularly, as when I go to access the website directly, I'm met with a 403 error. It seems to happen every morning and intermittently throughout the day. Brilliant when it works, godawful when it doesn't - which seems to be far more often at the moment.

Can be helpful but is unpredictable and some posties use it to skip certain houses/units. Often receive the message, "safe place wasn't suitable", ie we couldn't deliver your parcel, despite such permission not being given initially. The apps appearance has been wrecked. Boxes, typing, etc for each item are out of proportion - they don't fit into the page, and everything overlaps creating an illegible mess. First noticed this yesterday 25/09/2025. Needs a lot of tidying!

When I checked on Both devices, the Australia Post app had signed me out so I didn't receive notifications or tracking information about my delivery. While online security is important, I only occasionally order online and, where vendors use Australia Post, I depend on the tracking information and alerts. I don't consider this information needs excessive security.
