UPDATE 2: Oops it happened again. Sort it out BWS. I even spent ages on the phone to your tech support the other week, this app is unusable like this. UPDATE: 4 days later, the app is still not working. App isn't working. 'traffic jam' on the app. Sort your servers out, I've been trying for 3 hours. I can't access my cart or check out. I'm hoping my cart isn't empty because i added what I wanted hours ago.

APP was great until it signed me out and won't let me sign back in. Try change password then I get something went wrong.. Who do you contact?? I called 1300 number and it doesn't deal with app issues? please fix this is my local

Really annoying how I'm trying to use my everyday rewards points for $10 off but it is still trying to charge me the extra $10 even though I've selected to use my rewards points 🤦‍♀️
