I've been using this app for almost 8 years I guess, ever since I became an ING customer. It was a solid app up until the decision to add advertising into it. Ever since then, it's been slow as anything. Just today I logged in and it took nearly a full minute to load up my balances. It's a real shame what's happened to ING Australia. It used to be an amazing bank that suited my lifestyle perfectly (travel features, solid app, good interest rates). Now we're here :(

The security is a huge concern. No complex password only a couple digit long pin. On top of that someone decided to print client ID on the debit card. If I lose it someone may try to login into my account guessing the pin. Clearly your cybersecurity team isn't doing their job...

I am currently overseas in London and trying to load some funds from my ING account onto a digital foreign currency card. I have tried dozens of times but the app keeps crashing. I have had this happen in Australia numerous times as well but it's a bit different when you are in a foreign country and cannot access your money
