Great app. Works well. Unprofessional staff, hideous support, if you call their support number you are greeted with "one of our staff will be with you shortly, however, if we don't like you we'll ask you to leave a message." Thanks you f**king a**holes. What goes around, comes around in the end 😅 Edit: Recieved a call shortly after this was posted. So that's something at least.

2 stars – Payments require credit card only?? Was keen to try Skip but disappointed to find payments require full credit card details - no Google Pay or PayPal options 😳 That’s a dealbreaker for me. Fix the payment methods and I’ll give it another go.

several times I have ordered food, paid for it, then arrive at a venue which turns out is not even open. There is no way to cancel the order or any instructions in the help section about how to get a refund.
