If I could give this a big fat zero I would. After several attempts to create an account for my husband, which he requires, to access work information we are still going around in circles. it's been updated, uninstalled and reinstalled more times than I care to admit to and it just freezes, or gets stuck loading. We managed to get as far as entering drivers license information only to be told it was incorrect (which it wasn't) and couldn't be verified. Absolute garbage app, FIX IT!

Zero unfortunately not possible. Not sending out the confirmation emails to set up account at them moment. Stopped at the first hurdle. Luckily, there is NO alternative method on web browser to register. The iPhone version is even worse - geoblocked to Australia accounts only; since Australia is the world and there are none of us living abroad. What a complete piece of "brought to you by your tax dollars" piece of work. (How does one recognize the government app? It is the one that does not work.)

Horrible. Used to work but now it doesn't. A few years ago I had no problem logging in and verifying my documents. But now that I'm trying to log in again after a while, I can't log in with the same email address. Everytime I keep saying I'm an existing user, it still insists on trying to make me create a new account. Now that I'm on hold with the mygovid service number, I have to wait 26 minutes. You're so incompetent and lazy to make an even slightly decent app, it's almost impressive.
