Manage your plans and services easily with the Yettel app:

BILLS AND PAYMENTS
• Pay bills online, wherever and whenever comfortable. You can save your bank card for next or automatic payment. You can also issue partial payment.
• Check your current invoice details and view your invoice history for up to six months from menu Invoices.
• Download report of your usage.
• Top-up prepaid numbers via voucher, with a bank card or from your account.
• Based on the authorization level, you can access information for the postpaid numbers under your name

SERVICES
• Access information about your monthly subscription plan, unique customer number, invoice date and contract terms.
• Track the remaining minutes, MBs and SMS. Choose which features to be pinned on home screen focus.
• Activate and deactivate additional MB packages and minutes. Choose which digital services from the Yettel catalogue to use.
• With Yettel app you receive information about all smartphone devices and services you use.
• Renew your contract with just a few clicks.
• Based on the authorization level, you can manage services for the postpaid numbers under your name.

ROAMING PACKAGES
• Activate and deactivate your roaming service
• Activate and deactivate manage roaming MB packages for countries in- and outside Europe for yourself and for the postpaid numbers under your name. This is based on your authorization level

OTHER SERVICES
• Activate and manage digital content services.
• Activate and manage the Smart Tourist travel insurance.
• Activate and manage Online Protect.

Yettel application is accessible to all Yettel Bulgaria EAD clients on postpaid, prepaid or business rate plans. Its performance requires an operating system higher than Android 5.0 and supports English and Bulgarian languages. You can se the app over a mobile network or Wi-Fi connectivity.

Yettel Bulgaria offers you to download its developed mobile application for customer self-service for no additional payment and free of charge.

The app itself is okay, but it doesn't allow you to change the payment method. Once you delete the payment method (credit card) you need to wait until the next invoice to come and pay for being able to set up a payment method (another credit card). UX in general is fine, but there are parts of the app that are not translated into English. @Yettel if you want I can help you to improve your app.

I choose the bank card I wish to use to pay my bill. Immediately a message pops up saying that I am choosing to pay with a completely different (long expired) card and consequently the payment is rejected

Something is wrong with both the app and the company: i am on a prepaid plan and recently booked a mixed option minutes and data. But the data disappeared before I activated them. I called the customer service, they promised to check, till today (3 days) no feedback. Another time I activated data, which I used in BG only . Back to Germany i switched the data use to Vodafone, but somehow the app "burned" all my credit. Be careful if you use 2 SIMs!!! Mistakes are only in their favor
