This app is so slow. Trying to check coverage balances and it just stays on the loading screen. App is awful and definitely needs an upgrade, giving a 1 star because applying for a claim is fairly simple process even tho slow. UPDATE: changing to 4 stars because I can finally view balances and drug information. Ty

This App had the potential to be very helpful for the clients, but it's clearly not maintained at all. Always have trouble loading, doesn't display any of the info it's supposed to. Really disappointing

Edit: terrible service from this company. I'm still waiting on a $750 payout for a Well-being claim from February. It is now May. Ridiculous. --- If you love watching a never-ending progress bar while you wait fruitlessly for your coverage balance to load, then you'll love this app! Or maybe you'll be lucky enough to at least see the message: "It's not you - it's us! We're experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. Sorry for the inconvenience." The fun never stops!
