I'm really not having a good time with the nww app, you can't even see the decimal point so you really have to be careful with transactions. The app has a fault with some of the numbers being too close together, presumably mireso '0' so when you have 2 x zero's between a decimal point, you can't see you as they cover it.

Horrendous since being taken over. Won't accept balance transfer and have just put up interest rates. Email states you can close account in app and pay off the balance (as long as you pay at least the minimum monthly) without the interest rate rise, the app tells you that you can't close the account unless your balance is zero. My oldest credit card I will now pay off and get rid. Shameful.

Appalling bank, Unable to process inbound payments and will block access to your funds unless you can provide an invoice. Usually that is fine but after providing an invoice I was asked to provide proof of payment from my customer! I explained the difficulties with doing so and requested the funds be returned, I closed the account soon after!
