I’m trying to add my address on the checkout page, but the app keeps showing a message saying: “Please select governorate/region.” I already filled in all the address details, but when I try to select the region, nothing happens — the button doesn’t respond no matter where I click. I contacted technical support but received no response!

التطبيق مو راضي يشتغل حدثت التطبيق + حذفته و رجعت حملته + سويت إيقاف إجباري ، مانفع ابدا The app is not working ، I updated the app, I deleted it and re-downloaded it on the device ، I do forced stop to the app , and no method worked. My attempts to open the app failed.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ! VERY POOR SERVICE ! VERY POOR SUPPORT ! they did not proceed my payment process, error is showing unnecessary and customer service is very poor in helping me to find out why I am not able to pay, until I lost my sale & my interest to buy from this poor application. I will delet the application and never order from here!
