1 Many (but not all) employers, government benefits providers, and other originators send direct deposits early with an effective date of 1-4 days later. Beginning with your second direct deposit of at least $5 from the same source, the Central Bank of Kansas City (CBKC) will post the funds to your Payactiv Visa Prepaid Card when we receive it, rather than on the effective date. This may result in your having access to the funds sooner. The date CBKC receives your direct deposit and the effective date are controlled by the originator.

Update: everyone at this company are liars UPDATE: This app is a complete scam. They are super unreliable for ANYTHING. Don't do it. Stay away. This is the absolute worst app ever! You can't get a hold of anyone at all ever! Constant crashes with two separate phones, it always errors, difficulty signing in EVERY TIME and loading funds. I have to type my password at least 4 times before it will sign me in. I have to delete and reinstall at least once a week. Not worth the trouble.

So sick of every other week the app having technical issues. I've had issues with it all week this last week and was only able to access one day of pay before it malfunctioned. Then they'll say they're fixing it but the app is still messed up and it's been messed up since Tuesday. Last time I couldn't access my money for several hours. This is getting ridiculous how often the app has been malfunctioning in the last 2 months more often than it used to.

I find this app really useful, but there's some features that never seem to work. I still love it, and use it fairly often. But, for the last month, or so, my hours have stopped logging, and I'm no longer able to pull any earned wages off. (Edit) it's now been over a month, and still no word back, even after emailing, and trying to reach to reach support through the app.
