It's been a week now! The only explanation I had was due to a technical issue, my payment couldn't be made. I asked for a refund, but no matter how many messages I wrote to customer service or how many times I tried to call the line, nobody replied! You're a fintech company. If you have technical problems with the transfer, then you can't even do the refund? That's my money, not yours! Can someone contact me and refund my money?!!!!!!!

After a less than brilliant start the app has grown on me. The service is fast and reliable and the app very professional looking and user friendly. There are some issues for example the inability to save and manage card details even though there is a card management icon. After using a few times it's gone from 1 to 4 stars.

Problem solved after 4 days. There was a problem with the transfer transaction. In my case it was the banks fault showing transactions after 1/2 days of action. Now the problem is solved. Thanks to Ali. I give 5 stars and request you guys to recruit people like him for quick and clear customer response. thank you ❤️
