Ratings and reviews

The app is good when it works, which is only half the time. It unlinks your card(s) all the time, for no reason. Their customer support is zero help, so you consistently have to fix it. I'm sure there are other better investment apps out there that actually work most of the time. With the fees they charge, you would think it would go to streamlining their app but I guess not.

I've had acorns for 5+ years. I really appreciate it. I didn't put in much initially, just did the round up and it would put in like $5 a month. As I started making more money and added recurring $100 a month and changed my settings to moderately aggressive. it's been nice just watching it grow and sometimes there are big jumps! It's fun to check on it every now and then and just see a faster growing savings. Also fun to look at the potentials and sometimes fun offers. (send flowers is my go to)

I joined them when they first came out in 2014ish. The best decision I've made my entire life started only with a 5$ investment. The only downside I've found is my recurring and round ups quit working a while ago. I tried redoing them, but it's never worked again it's been like that for years now. It happened because of a security update with acorns or my bank
