This airline has absolutely no respect for its customers. I had two bookings with Akash Airlines, and both were a complete nightmare. First, my non-stop flight was quietly changed into a one stop flight no email, no call, no notification. What’s the point of booking a non-stop flight if the airline can just change it however they want? That’s pure cheating. Then, for my return trip, they preponed the flight from 1:30 PM to 10:30 AM without giving proper notice.

PRICE SCAM ALERT!!!! Unfair price hikes while booking! The moment I Choose a flight, the fare goes up. Really Disappointed. The coupon codes shown don't actually work they seem to be just for advertisement. Really Disappointed.

The application is really disappointing. I had to install it three times, but the first page never moved ahead. At first, I thought the issue might be with my mobile or internet. I wanted to do a web check-in, but neither the app moved to next screen nor the website worked after entering the details. Please have the app thoroughly tested by a QA team. Right now, it feels like a complete waste of time.
