Just what I need. Allows me to make my own workouts and easily track each exercise as I've completed them. Great assortment of pre-programmed exercises and the flexibility to add my own. I've gotten the Premium version and consider it as money well spent both for the features and to support the designer. Have recommended to 2 friends who are now using it as well

love this app. you can use the workouts in the app, and they are solid, a little geared toward body builders, but theyre putting more and more options in, so it's getting better. you can also make and track your own workouts. i like it, much easier than a spreadsheet, less clunky than other apps I've tried.

great app. has everything i was looking for. the ability to edit exercises, create plans, and variable rest times, even includes drop sets! plus they don't have a ridiculous price for lifetime membership. simple and easy Please add a time and weight option for creating exercises. Then it will be perfect! edit: still need to add time and weight for new update in creating new exercises 🥺 Later edit: You guys added it!! You guys are awesome! Now it has everything I need. 10/10!
