very poor experience, trying to pay invoices... app opens shows amount then when trying to proceed to payment it just doesn't show anything (blank page) also, when I miss a payment and line freezes I can't access the app and make the payment .... you have to go to the shop yourself... we who work outside jordan and pay to keep our numbers live see this as a problem.

The interface is very complicated, it is not easy to check your balance. Also main functions (like top up using visa card) are not working. You can see alot of advertisements and offers, but you cannot get them from the app.

stupid app. when you try to add service or remove I can't distinguish between deactivate and activate. the option says are you sure you want to activate this service . but the bottom says deactivate. in both cases I receive a message that the service is activated
