The basic idea of the mobile wallet is good, linking your wallet with Master card is amazing. But as a company your prices are very high, prepaid mobile recharge and stores e-cards are more expensive compared to the other competitors. And its unreasonable your fees on the internet shopping which is (2.3%-3.5%)+(more than 1%) and limiting it with 15 transactions! As a result of my experience, I will uninstall this app. And I would like to encourage you to stop being so greedy. Thank you.

Very, very bad; it's refusing to open right now. I tried switching my internet, and no point. I then tried to call the company on 1234, but apparently they removed the option where u can talk with the customer service, so I'm basically stuck, can't pay my bills or check my balance also , they do so many updates to it , every now and then- too many maintenance breaks. Once it recovers, I'll switch to Orange Money I've used Zain Cash for a very long time, but now I'm disappointed

Was working just fine until the last update. Tried logging in and was told that the app doesn't work on 'rooted' devices, even though my device has never been 'rooted' and the app was working just fine. I went to one of the Zain locations to ask a service rep about this and how to fix it. He told me that this was no problem, just delete the app and download it again. I followed his advice and until this morning, I am still getting the same message. Hope this gets fixed with the next update!
