The basic idea of the mobile wallet is good, linking your wallet with Master card is amazing. But as a company your prices are very high, prepaid mobile recharge and stores e-cards are more expensive compared to the other competitors. And its unreasonable your fees on the internet shopping which is (2.3%-3.5%)+(more than 1%) and limiting it with 15 transactions! As a result of my experience, I will uninstall this app. And I would like to encourage you to stop being so greedy. Thank you.

can't login because some times it says i typed a wrong password even tho it's right , and sometimes i don't receive otp codes and sometimes the otp codes doesnt even work saying it's incorrect, its a struggle to login , overall a very bad experience.

"Try Again" error msg always appears when the app request photo of my ID to update my information for two days and prevents me doing any financial transation beside bad customer service
