it's a very bad app! the maker of it should re-make it to allow ppl to use it swiftly and easily! if my phone screen sleeps for 1 sec, this app log me out to ask me back again with the whole annoying security dump things!!

I do not know how real this application is. In general, I have stopped feeling that it is safe at all, because when I log in, it asks me for my ID number and the national number or a photo of the ID. It is impossible for me to trust a program that asks for this data, and as long as bank applications include payment services, Zain Cash services is no longer necessary

Update: Things getting even worse, my wallet needed information update, i was not contacted at all regardless the huge amount of meaningless SMS they send daily and are unable to stop them, but when it comes to something they really need, i was not contacted and suddenly my wallet was suspended. I wonder if this can be more disappointing! ____ The old marketing SMSs issues is still the same, too disturbing daily SMSs.
