If unreliability has another word for it, that would be Grid Connect. It's such a pathetic app. I can't even zoom on a camera when all 4 cameras are open, cant go back. It takes so long to even open the doorbell camera and can't play back immediately as well. I literally got the worst app for a security camera. Guys, fire your your pathetic programmer and hire an AI that would do far better work than your IT team. It feels like they picked up a file that said " Things to avoid" and ran with it.

I have mixed feelings. the rgb scale is great for choosing the colour of the bulb, but when I turn it on sometimes switches to pairing mode (cool white and flashing). I have spent some time this evening trying to change the colour, but after I am successful and turn it off, turning it on brings it back to cool white. also I have had to delete and redownload the app quite a few times because I can click buttons but the button doesn't respond. would only recommend if its a last resort.

1/10 - OMG STOP RUINING THIS APP! It was fine, sure a little clunky. but now you keep updating the app and one of my devices will appear off-line then online, then off-line and all 3 disconnect and reconnect randomly! it's like you have changed the connect routing. my devices are in the same place for YEARS and the wifi works just fine with all my reolink cameras. I even took the doorbell and stood next 2 the router and it said off-line (then online, only to be off-line again) SERIOUSLY WT'F
